Since our inception in 1996, we have grown to become one of the leading painting companies in the region, with a team of over 100 union painters and wall coverers who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Our Story

Our journey began over two decades ago, when our president, Dan McAdam, brought his extensive experience in residential and commercial painting to the table. With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Dan started McAdam Painting as a small 5-man shop, servicing smaller commercial projects in the downtown Boston area. Fast forward to today, we have expanded to employ over 125 employees, working on various projects across MA, NH, and RI. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who have combined over 100 years of painting and wallcovering expertise.
