The company has received both praise and criticism from its customers. One reviewer, Rebecca Goff, had a positive experience with the company, giving them 5 stars and praising their prompt and respectful service. They were satisfied with the removal of popcorn ceilings and painting work completed.
Disappointing Experience
On the other hand, Teri Donovan had a completely different experience. She requested a quote online, but it took 8 days to receive a response. When she finally got in touch with the company, they agreed to the quote and promised to send her a contract. However, two days went by without receiving the contract, and she had to email them multiple times to get a response. In the end, she never received a contract and had to hire another company to do the work.
Unprofessional Communication
Teri Donovan was particularly unhappy with the company's communication, stating that she received no response to her emails, despite being told that the company would email her a contract the previous evening. It wasn't until 9 days later that she received a phone call from the company, only to be told that they couldn't send her an email. This lack of professionalism and poor communication led to a negative experience for Teri.
