Our Story

Dave Canino, the founder of Castle Peak Painting, moved to Truckee in 1979 to pursue his passion for skiing. With a natural aptitude for the painting trade, he began working for a local painting contractor and eventually earned his Painting Contractors License in 1987. Alongside his wife Paula, they established Castle Peak Painting Co., which has since grown into a successful business with a team of 9 dedicated employees. Our success is attributed to our focus on customer service, providing superior work, and fostering a culture of loyalty and dedication among our employees.
