Our Team

Kevin Gilleland is the owner and CEO of United Painting Services, Inc., and has been in the painting industry for 28 years. He started United Painting Services in 1998 after moving to the Tampa Bay Area from the Atlanta area in 1996. In addition to his vast experience, he is a certified Lead Renovator and Swing Stage Operator. Some higher profile projects while in Atlanta include the Governor's Mansion, Asa Candler (founder of Coca-cola Company) Mansion and various work at the CNN building. Some note worthy projects in the Tampa Bay area include the Millenium Home for Better Homes and Gardens, the winning home on the Parade of Homes in 2002 and custom graphics for the Disney Telecommunications Center. Kevin is married with two children.
