Interior Painting Services

• Walls: Our expert painters will cover floors, remove switch plates, prep walls by filling in nail holes, and paint two coats of paint. Price: Avg cost for just walls $450-$600 in a average room (14x14 9ft ceiling height).
• Trim, Baseboards, Crown Molding & Doors: We start by covering floors with plastic/drop cloths, fixing caulking, fixing nail holes, and painting one or two coats of paint. Price: $250-450 per room (14x14 9ft ceiling height).
• Refinishing Banisters/Handrails: We remove existing finish to bare wood, stain, and polyurethane two coats for the longevity of the railing. Price: typically $2600 for a two-sided single stairway and small hallway section.

Exterior Painting Services

• Stucco Painting: We start by washing the home, then covering sidewalks, porches, asphalt, decks, prepping the surfaces, and painting with a specific stucco paint. Price: For a 2-story stucco house typically solely for the stucco & minimal repairs is around $12,000.
• Soffits, Fascias, Gutters & Trim: We clean the area, then cover sidewalks, porches, asphalt, decks, prep the surfaces, and paint with aluminum/vinyl-safe paint. Price: for a 2-story house it will be about $5500 for two coats.
• Washing: We use soap and water to clean any surface before applying a new product on top! Price: an example of pricing would be about $275 for a 12x12ft deck.
• Deck Painting: We wash, complete proper carpentry repairs, set down nails, stain deck two coats. Price: an example of a 12x12 deck would be around $1000+.
