We recently worked with Nathan Kintz from Homze, and he was fantastic throughout the process. Nathan was likable and hardworking, and he laid out the project clearly from the start. His communication was very good, he always got back to me quickly, no matter the time of day or day of the week. He really set a great tone for what we hope will be a smooth overall experience.

Im now looking forward to seeing how the paint job and gutter installation turn out, and hoping they reflect the same level of attention and quality Nathan brought. I'll update this review with full details once it's done.

John and Victor were professional and helpful. I appreciated their time spent giving me a detailed estimate and showing me all the options for flooring.

We just had our in home consultation for new LVP flooring in our home. Marco was very professional from beginning to end! He answered all of our questions completely and honestly and helped us make the right decisions regarding the final touches. Although at times we felt a little pressured into signing, he finally respected our need to discuss privately before making a final decision. We are looking forward to potentially working with him and Homze for this project and perhaps others in the future.

AMAZING! Had a roof done less than 4 years ago from another roofing company, who I won't mention here. However, I did get other bids from other roofing contractors/companies and decided to go with a company who was less than a few of the other quotes I received. BIG MISTAKE! After only 6 months I was loading items in my attic and noticed that the mold I had originally had remediated after my roof was completed only 6 months earlier had returned. The issue with that is the roofers I chose said they would fix the ventilation in my attic space...however they obviously did not. They assured me that just adding more box vents would fix the issue, but it didn't. It was obvious as the heat in the attic was just as bad as it was previously, even with the added box vents. So, I called Homze and they came out and explained why the ventilation wasn't done correctly, being that the added box vents was only part of the ventilation system as airflow is the key. After also learning they were certified through the manufacturer which gave me a warranty backed by the manufacturer and not the contractor (which the contractor I used 4 years earlier did not honor their warranty), along with a thorough inspection and several other components the others didn't discuss, I decided to have Homze tear off my roof and install a new one. I couldn't be happier. Excellent service from beginning to end. Its been 8 months and my attic space is cool as promised and NO MORE MOLD!! I waited this long to write the review to be sure all worked as promised...and it does! I would highly recommend. A++++++

I just had Homze do a full new roof job for me from the plywood slats up. Their team did incredible work, were kind to the neighborhood kids, were fast, and efficient. I will 100% be using this company for other projects in my home. If you need any of the type of work that they do done, I highly suggest using Homze for your project. You won't regret it. My roof looks amazing!!!

I dont often write a recommendation but I do rely on others experiences with companies when I am contemplating using their services. My experience with this company was 5 star plus in all steps of my process with them. First and foremost was a gentleman named Gus who spent 2.5 hours with my husband and myself. He inspected our roof and attic. He took pictures for us to see the condition for ourselves. After this, Gus spent time exploring our needs and wants in this plan. Having our carpet replaced with LVP by Homze was the best decision! Gus was amazing and our installers were quick, efficient, and finished well ahead of schedule. The floors are beautiful and I could not be happier! The best part is that they were able to get it scheduled almost immediately after we first met with Gus! 10/10 would recommend to others!

Gus has been, from the beginning of the project to all the way to the final inspection, a very professional representative. Gus listen to our family various comments, and took the time to take notes and ensured maximum efficiency during the delivery of services. As far as the crew on ground, the 2 individuals that worked on the floor were very professional, work oriented, very respectful and producing incredible results.
Overall, the entire experience was great and we thank to Gus and everyone involved in this project for a perfect execution.

Fantastic team! Had a consultation a couple days after asking for a quote. I unfortunately forgot the gentleman's name but he was amazing and tried everything he could to help me get financial approval. I couldn't do anything at that time but their product seem top teir and the upfront communication was great. This was the sample shown to me that was the best fit for what I was going for i loved it so much can't wait to save up to get it installed.

The floors look great. Transitions looks great. Overall good job. The baseboards look horrible tho. They removed them and put them back on all janky. So Im redoing them myself, I need to peel off all the old caulking, paint the walls and put the baseboards back on and recaulk. But this is a flooring company not a baseboard company. Also, the caulking around the bathtub that they did was not sealed, there are gaps in the caulking. So, I will need to remove it and do it again myself. But the flooring itself looks good.

Homze recently installed flooring in my finished attic space and I'm so happy with the result! They ripped up some supremely ugly, smelly, blue shag carpeting and replaced it with luxury vinyl flooring which looks amazing and will allow me to transform my attic into a far more livable space. Victor was amazing to work with, very kind and patient for which I am deeply grateful. The flooring team was efficient, polite, clean, and dealt with the inevitable problems of trying to install anything new in a very old house with aplomb.

I absolutely recommend Homze if you are looking to upgrade your home. If you've ever had a suboptimal experience with a contractor, you know the headaches and stress it can bring to the home improvement experience. Do yourself a favor and call Homze, you will be so glad you did!!!

Great experience from the first call after my inquiry all the way to completion. The initial caller was super informative and didnt pressure me. The salesman, Gezan was super responsive, honest, transparent and very thorough. Project management was very communicative and responsive as well, and the craftsfolks that showed up to do the work were very pleasant, very thorough, communicative, and did a REALLY good job. Im happy with the end result. My only suggestion for improvement would be to avoid scheduling project starts on Friday unless work can continue over the weekend. Had I known that we wouldnt have had work completed on the weekend days, I would have asked for a start date closer to the start of the week - the house was torn up for longer than anticipated. And even that wasnt terrible, we lived through it and dont regret getting the work done at all.

Look at this beautiful, quality LVP flooring! My home feels brand new now! The Craftsmen were very friendly and efficient. Thanks Gus & HOMZE it's been a pleasure working with you and your team!

Homze recently completed this project in my home, they were able to remove an old tired section of carpet and replace it with the existing flooring tying the two sections in perfectly. The project turned out better than I expected and the Homze team was great to work with!

I had a bad experience with a previous contractor at Mod Construction who came in and jacked my house up. Ruined the cement paint in the basement by moving cement around without any protection among other issues. I was very hesitant to have someone in my home again but they came in and did an amazing job! They removed pet stained carpet, stick down tiles that werent all sticking anymore, covered the ruined cement floors, and leveled floors that had multiple different things going on from previous owners. I replaced all my flooring with Mohawk LVP. Highly recommend!
