Services
Exterior Painting
Our exterior painting service protects and beautifies homes through comprehensive preparation including pressure washing, scraping failing paint, power sanding, priming, and caulking. We use commercial-grade 100% acrylic paints that provide UV protection and moisture resistance. Our methodical approach extends paint longevity by addressing dry rot and wood damage before application, with teams completing four houses weekly across San Diego's diverse architectural styles.
Interior Painting
Transform living spaces with our meticulous interior painting process that starts with floor protection and outlet removal. Our crews apply two paint coats after patching wall imperfections, with specialized recommendations for optimal sheen levels in different rooms. We offer free color consultations and complete most bedrooms in 5-7 hours, kitchens in 3-4 hours, and larger rooms within 10-12 hours while maintaining strict dust control protocols.
Cabinet Painting
Revitalize cabinetry with our three-day process that includes degreasing, sanding, and applying specialized shellac primer followed by two coats of durable urethane alkyd enamel. We maintain cabinet functionality throughout the job and offer customized sheen recommendations for optimal durability. Our method matches textures for seamless touch-ups and includes protective bumpers to extend paint longevity.
Property Maintenance
Provide ongoing care for commercial properties through comprehensive inspections and timely repairs. Our maintenance solutions include painting, drywall repair, and wood replacement at competitive time-and-material rates. We prioritize minimizing business disruption with flexible scheduling options while maintaining high standards through licensed, insured crews with extensive local market knowledge.
Acoustic Ceiling Removal
Safely eliminate hazardous acoustic ceiling textures through controlled removal processes that protect indoor air quality. Our two-to-three-day service includes area containment, moisture-based removal techniques, and drywall repairs. We follow strict safety protocols for potential asbestos-containing materials and complete each project with thorough HEPA-filtered cleanup to restore modern, easy-to-maintain ceiling surfaces.
