Business Details
We started DePaolo's Painting as a residential repaint service focused on older Victorian and Craftsman style homes that demand high risk and high return work. We managed the high risk side through extensive detailed surface preparation and maintaining a health-safe environment for customers, families and our crews. We valued the high return side in the finished quality and the gratification and referrals from clients and their neighbors. We planned for painting to be a means to an end, but word of our workmanship spread quickly and demand for our services grew. We expanded beyond residential work and created a commercial unit to handle commercial repaints and tenant improvement build outs for hotels, schools, apartment complexes and national retailers. To meet growing demands we purchased a shop complete with a paint booth and drying racks to better serve owners and contractors.
Our shop also gave us a lab to develop paint and stain finish processes and to train our employees for consistent delivery. This evolution led to a third division focused on shop finishes that offers superior cost, scheduling, health safety and consistent quality. Since our incorporation in 2000 we have completed over 500 projects in 55 cities across 8 states. We are licensed, bonded and insured and we work to meet or exceed PDCA standards on every project. Our mission is to provide every client with a trained, coordinated and conscientious team that delivers paint finishes on time and adds value above cost. We remain committed to client satisfaction through proprietary systems, professional standards and continuous training.
