Meet Our Team
Our team is our greatest asset. Michael Philips, our President & CEO, joined us in 2020 as General Manager, bringing nearly a decade of experience in project management in the building and construction industry. Michael has expertise in all aspects of commercial painting projects, from pre-construction to final project delivery. He is highly collaborative, professional, and relentless in his effort to satisfy customers.
Doug Wold, our founder, started Queen Anne Painting as a part-time business out of his home in the late 1970s. Doug's vision and leadership grew the company to a 50-plus employee painting and carpentry company. After a successful career spanning four decades, Doug retired in late 2022 and sold the business to Michael Philips. Doug now spends his time skiing in Bend, OR, and sunbathing in Tecate, Baja California, Mexico.
