Madison Brush Works was founded by Pete Curtis, who has been in the painting industry for over three decades. Pete's passion for painting began at a young age, and he has dedicated his life to perfecting his craft. Over the years, Pete has worked with numerous clients, providing them with exceptional service and unparalleled results.

In 1983, Pete launched the Roswell Painting Company in Roswell, New Mexico. After moving to Madison, Wisconsin in 1994, he started Madison Paper Works, which later evolved into Madison Brush Works, Inc. Throughout his career, Pete has been committed to delivering top-quality work and building lasting relationships with his clients.
