Services
Heat Treating
Our heat treating services process industrial components from 1,000 to 150,000 pounds using furnaces with temperatures up to 2000F. We provide stress relieving, annealing, and normalizing for carbon and stainless steel. Our capabilities include precision quenching methods and processing weldments, castings, and pressure vessels.
Aluminum Heat Treating
Specialized aluminum heat treating includes solution treatment and aging for 2xxx, 6xxx, and 7xxx series alloys. We maintain tight temperature control (25F) with quench delays as fast as 10 seconds. Our 10,000 sq. ft. facility handles aerospace and industrial components requiring T4, T5, and T6 tempers.
Abrasive Blasting
We offer comprehensive abrasive blasting using steel shot/grit, starblast, glass bead, and aluminum oxide media. Our four large blast rooms process components up to 50 tons, while wheel blast machines handle high-volume smaller parts. Services create optimal surface profiles for coating adhesion.
Industrial Painting
Our industrial painting services apply shop primers to multi-coat systems in a 26' x 23' x 60' dual-zone booth. We work with major manufacturers' products and meet nuclear-grade and high-performance specifications. Capabilities include high-heat coatings and water-based systems.
Military Component Processing
We support military applications with processing for naval destroyers and armored vehicles. Our WWII-era innovations became national standards, and we maintain strict quality controls for defense components. Services include heat treating, blasting, and coating for deployed military equipment.
