Services
Exterior Painting
Our comprehensive exterior painting service combines 27 years of expertise with a meticulous 14-step process. We prepare surfaces through pressure washing, stucco repair, and wood treatment to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Using premium products from Sherwin-Williams and Dunn Edwards, we apply two coats with specialized techniques for different materials like stucco and wood. The process includes detailed crack sealing, parapet cap treatment, and post-project protection systems that extend paint longevity. This approach creates durable, visually striking finishes that protect properties against Arizona's climate while enhancing curb appeal for 7-10 years.
Interior Painting
Stetson Painting's interior solutions focus on precision and minimal disruption. Our six-step process begins with furniture protection and surface preparation including drywall repair and acoustic ceiling work. We use top-tier paints while maintaining strict containment to prevent cross-contamination with non-painted surfaces. The service includes baseboard refinishing, wood staining, and specialty coatings for unique spaces. With options for custom color selection and faux finishes, our team ensures seamless execution while maintaining daily cleanliness. Each project concludes with comprehensive quality checks and customer walkthroughs to guarantee satisfaction with both functional protection and aesthetic enhancement.
Commercial Painting
Designed for business environments, our commercial painting service minimizes operational disruption while delivering professional results. We handle complete interior/exterior painting for diverse structures including office buildings, retail spaces, and institutional facilities. The service includes drywall and acoustic ceiling repairs, molding installation, and specialty coatings for commercial-grade durability. Our team works after-hours to accommodate business schedules and follows strict safety protocols for occupied spaces. With experience in multi-story buildings, metal structures, and concrete tilt-ups, we maintain consistent quality across all commercial applications while offering flexible scheduling options that preserve business continuity during transformations.
Stucco Repair
This essential service addresses structural integrity while preparing surfaces for optimal painting results. Our technicians perform comprehensive stucco assessment, repairing cracks, holes, and texture irregularities to meet industry standards. The process includes parapet cap sealing with elastomeric coatings and proper surface preparation that prevents future paint failure. Special attention is given to water intrusion prevention in vulnerable areas like roof intersections and window perimeters. By restoring stucco surfaces to like-new condition before painting, we ensure both visual perfection and extended protection against Arizona's climate conditions.
Wood Staining
Our wood staining service combines natural beauty with protective functionality. We offer complete stripping, staining, and refinishing solutions for decks, railings, and architectural woodwork. The service includes solid body stains, semi-transparent options, and custom antique finishes tailored to client preferences. We use UV-resistant formulations that protect against Arizona's intense sunlight while maintaining natural wood characteristics. The process incorporates surface preparation that addresses wood rot and weathering, ensuring long-lasting finishes that enhance both appearance and structural preservation of exterior wood surfaces.
