Before starting an exterior job, we inspect all surfaces for lead-based paint and perform necessary repairs. We protect non-paint areas with drop cloths and plastic, scrape loose paint, and apply necessary lead abatement procedures. We then pressure wash the surface using a biodegradable solution, sand it for smoothness, and apply a high-performance primer. We seal joints and cracks with urethane-based sealant, ensuring durability by expanding up to 70%. Finally, we apply the chosen paint and ensure thorough cleanup daily and upon job completion.
