Interior & Exterior Painting
Sloan Painting & Designs provides comprehensive interior and exterior painting for commercial, multifamily, and residential properties. We ensure proper surface preparation, precise application, and long-lasting finishes. Our team works closely with material suppliers to meet industry standards while prioritizing aesthetics and durability. Clients benefit from seamless execution and enhanced property value.
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing services remove dirt, mold, and mildew from concrete and exterior surfaces, preparing them for paint or stain. We use high-pressure techniques to revitalize exteriors without causing damage. This service improves curb appeal and extends the lifespan of building materials for multifamily and commercial clients.
Waterproofing & Sealants
We apply waterproofing sealants and flashing to protect structures from water intrusion. Our solutions include floor coatings that enhance durability and prevent moisture-related issues. These services safeguard commercial and residential properties, ensuring structural integrity and minimizing future repair costs.
Deck Coating
Specialty deck coatings like epoxy extend lifespan and improve safety with slip-resistant finishes. Traditional stains are also applied to protect and beautify wooden decks. This service combines functionality with aesthetic appeal for residential and multifamily properties.
Carpentry Repairs
Our carpenters replace damaged wood, siding, trim, and fascia while rebuilding pergolas and fences. We restore structural elements to like-new condition, addressing wear and weather damage. This service ensures properties maintain both visual appeal and functional integrity.
