Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers experienced poor customer service from Affinity Painting. Barri S. had an appointment scheduled, but the painter failed to show up and didn't call to inform them. Emily B. had a similar experience, with the painters failing to show up twice in two weeks. Jo Ann W. had a bad experience with the owner, Albert Abad, who offered to redo the paint job for a fee after the paint started peeling just two years after the initial job.
Quality of Work
