Our Story

Our journey began when Maurice Staub, our owner, entered the industry in 1985. With a strong work ethic and a passion for his craft, Maurice worked for his uncle, a general contractor, on large multi-unit occupied housing complexes in Marin County. As his skills and expertise grew, so did his responsibilities, and he eventually became a supervisor, overseeing up to 20 crew members. His experience in occupied housing led to a greater deal of customer interaction, and he developed strong public relations skills.

Years later, Maurice branched out and started his own company, Full Circle Painting Company, in 1991. The timing was serendipitous, as the economy was beginning to turn around after a recession. Since then, we've built a reputation for providing exceptional painting and drywall services to our customers in Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties.

Our Team

Maurice's wife, Michelle Staub, joined the company shortly after its inception. With a background in international logistics and export administration, Michelle worked part-time for the Department of Agriculture, assisting local farmers with various programs. Today, she splits her workday between managing the company's administrative tasks, such as customer relations, organization, and office management.
