Our owner, Carol Adkins, has a wealth of experience in the painting industry, having worked with Richard Paint Company of Greensboro, NC for 11 years before purchasing the business and renaming it Adkins Quality Painting, Inc. Our team also includes General Manager Robert J. Adkins, Epoxy Flooring Division Manager Nicholas Joyce, and Field Supervisor Gary Steele, among others.

Our Story

Our story began in 1989 when Carol Adkins purchased Richard Paint Company of Greensboro, NC and renamed it Richard & Adkins Paint Co., Inc. In 2005, the company was renamed Adkins Quality Painting, Inc. and moved its main headquarters to Mayodan, NC. Today, we are proud to be one of the leading painting firms in North Carolina and Virginia, serving commercial and industrial clients across the region.
