Clients highlight our efficiency in completing high-rise and complex-access projects with strict safety adherence.
Historic Home Restoration
We preserve architectural integrity while modernizing finishes for 18th- and 19th-century homes. Our process includes wood-rot repairs, period-appropriate color matching, and lead abatement. Homeowners praise our skill in restoring Victorian and Colonial-era properties without compromising historical authenticity.
Exterior Painting
Our weather-resistant solutions cover siding, trim, decks, and masonry using UV-protected, eco-friendly paints. Projects include power washing and surface restoration prior to painting. Clients consistently emphasize dramatic curb appeal improvements and long-term protection against Connecticut's climate.
Lead Paint Compliance
As EPA RRP-certified contractors, we safely handle lead-based paint in pre-1978 properties through containment, HEPA vacuuming, and proper disposal. This service is trusted by realtors and homeowners for compliance during property sales or renovations.
