Rodger's career in the painting and home improvement industry began in the mid-1970s. He started as a painter's helper in his family's business in Greenville, South Carolina, before leaving for college. Rodger graduated from Winthrop University with a degree in interior design and then began his own business. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Rodger has worked in various capacities, including painting, home restoration, and wallpaper installation. His extensive expertise has equipped him to handle a wide range of projects, from simple painting jobs to complex renovations.
