Nobu Aoki, our owner and founder, grew up in Bozeman and is passionate about serving his community. With a degree in Business Management and a minor in Small Business Entrepreneurship from Montana State University, Nobu honed his skills by running a small painting business in Bozeman during his college years. With an impressive 98% customer satisfaction rate, he built a reputation as one of the premier painting companies in the area. Following his college graduation, Nobu worked as a General Manager in Boston before returning to Bozeman to pursue his true passion - owning and operating The Ladder Guys.
