Meet Our Painters

Tyler Matson, a graduate of Cal State LA, funded his education by painting houses. His father, a painter for the Glendale Unified School District, instilled in Tyler a deep understanding of the trade. Combining his passion for restoration with his formal education, Tyler approaches every project with the meticulousness of a skilled craftsman.

Jason Epps has been a painter for most of his life, garnering experience working on projects for prominent institutions such as Mt. SAC, Chapman College, and Ability Pathways. He honed his skills alongside Tyler on a mutual project, recognizing a synergy in their abilities and approach to painting. Together, they envisioned Paint For Hire as a way to offer the expertise of two highly skilled painters at a competitive price.
